Business Photography starts with understanding purpose. In business photography, images are not just visuals. They are communication tools that shape how a company is seen, how people are represented and how a brand feels at first glance.

Every project begins with a clear conversation about what you need the images to achieve, how they will be used and the tone they should communicate. From there, I create an approach that fits your business, your setting and your goals.

I work on location and bring everything required directly to you. For headshots, this might mean setting up a clean studio-style setup with a backdrop and lighting at your office. Alternatively, we can use natural light and your surroundings for a more relaxed environmental portrait.

For workplace photography, I document people in action in a way that feels natural but still intentional. For events, I move through the space discreetly while photographing the important moments, interactions and atmosphere around them.

I guide people when needed so they feel comfortable and the results stay consistent. At the same time, I never over-direct or interrupt the natural flow of what is happening.

The aim is to create images that are visually strong and true to who you are, while helping you communicate what your business is about.

My Process

TRAVEL

I’m based in Woerden and work with businesses throughout the Netherlands.

For assignments within the Netherlands, travel is charged at €0.50 per kilometre, calculated from Woerden to the assignment location and back.

For international assignments, travel, transport and accommodation are quoted separately based on the location and scope of the project. All costs are agreed in advance before your booking is confirmed.

PLANNING BEFORE YOUR SHOOT

Before the photography takes place, we’ll discuss your requirements, location, schedule and the way you plan to use the images.

This helps us decide on the right approach for your business. Depending on your needs, we can create polished and consistent photographs with a controlled setup or more natural images within your workplace or event environment.

I’ll give direction where it helps people feel comfortable and the results remain consistent. When photographing people at work or covering an event, I’ll also work discreetly so the situation can unfold naturally.

PERSONAL BRANDING PHOTOSHOOT

A relaxed session for entrepreneurs and small business owners who need natural images for their website, LinkedIn and social media.

We can create a mix of professional portraits, environmental portraits and photographs of you at work. The session can take place at your workplace, outdoors or in another suitable location that fits your business.

PRICING

€625 for up to 2 hours



The session fee includes:

• Up to 2 hours of photography
• One location
• Planning and preparation before the session
• Professional guidance throughout
• A mix of portraits, environmental portraits and images of you at work
• 40 professionally edited images
• Private online gallery
• High-resolution and web-ready final files

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Within 5 working days, you’ll receive a private online gallery with all suitable images for selection.

Once you have made your selections, the chosen images will be professionally retouched and delivered within 3 weeks of receiving your final choices.

Each person includes three professionally retouched images. Additional retouched images are available for €30 per image.

PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS

Professional headshots for individuals and teams, photographed at your location.

The session can include traditional corporate headshots or environmental portraits taken within your workplace.

PRICING

€450 for up to 4 people

€95 for each additional person

A minimum booking fee of €450 applies.



The session fee includes:

• Planning and preparation before your session
• Equipment setup at your location
• Photography for up to four people
• Guidance throughout the session
• A private online gallery to choose your images
• Three professionally retouched images per person
• Final files in high resolution or a size tailored to your needs

If required, setup takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Photography takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes per person, depending on the type of headshot and the chosen setup.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Within 5 working days, you’ll receive a private online gallery with all suitable images for selection.

Once you have made your selections, the chosen images will be professionally retouched and delivered within 3 weeks of receiving your final choices.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Business event photography that shows the key moments, people and atmosphere of your event.

I photograph conferences, networking events, company celebrations, launches, openings, awards, presentations and team events.

PRICING

Custom coverage is available for events that require different hours or specific photography requirements.

BEFORE THE EVENT

We’ll discuss your schedule, location and any important photographs you need. This allows me to plan the coverage around your priorities.

DURING THE EVENT

I photograph the event as it unfolds, stepping in for group photos and important moments when needed.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

Professional product photography for e-commerce, websites, catalogues and marketing.

Whether you need clean product images for your webshop or more creative photographs for your brand, I’ll plan the shoot around your products, your visual style and how you intend to use the final images.

Products can be photographed as clean, isolated images or in a styled setting with backgrounds, props or models.

PLANNING THE SHOOT

Before the shoot, please send me your product details, preferred style and a brief explaining how you plan to use the images. This allows me to recommend the right approach and prepare an accurate quotation.

Depending on your project, I can arrange additional production elements such as

• Hair and makeup
• Props
• Custom sets
• Additional retouching

These costs are not included in the product photography prices below. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING

Prices are based on the number of products and the number of final images required.

These prices apply to standard product photography. Your quotation will confirm the final price based on the number of products, the number of images, the style of the shoot and any additional requirements.

STUDIO AND PRODUCTION COSTS

When your product shoot requires a studio, I can arrange a suitable daylight studio in Bilthoven, around 10 minutes from Utrecht.

The 90 m² studio has plenty of natural light  for creating a suitable setting for your product photographs.

Studio hire is charged separately from the product photography rates. The price includes arranging the studio and coordinating the booking for your shoot.

The appropriate rate will be included in your quotation based on the requirements of your project.



ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION COSTS

Depending on your project, I can also arrange props, models, hair and makeup. These costs are not included in the product photography prices. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.

DELIVERY

Final images are professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery within 15 to 20 working days.

The delivery time may vary depending on the number of products and the complexity of the shoot. Your quotation will confirm the expected delivery time.

The finished images can be prepared for your webshop, website, catalogue, social media or marketing materials.
